Rebone is a certified Professional Coach, having completed her diploma with Creative Consciousness International (CCI) as an add-on to her various qualifications in business and human resources management. Her passion for people development paved the way for her to understand the sound benefits of coaching. Rebone’s coaching offering is designed to empower individuals to tap into their ability to be ‘better versions of themselves’, and to create a path for them to achieve their goals.
Having worked extensively with entrepreneurs, she became acutely aware of the challenges that are a result of the lack of personal development support for support staff and passionately believes that the extent to which senior managers and support staff in an organization need coaches to enable them to cope effectively with their roles, careers and daily lives is the same.
To this end, Rebone specializes in coaching and providing mentorship support to personal and administrative assistants who are the engine of any organization. The believe that people make an organization is what drives her passion, hence her life mantra is rooted in this simple belief: Work with what you have, there’s a reason it’s there.
