My name is Thoriso Maimane. I am a passionate advocate for youth empowerment, driven by
my personal journey and unwavering belief in the potential that lies within each young
individual. Having experienced the challenges of unemployment during my own youth, I
intimately understand the transformative power of guidance and support. This profound
realization ignited a fire in me to dedicate my life to partner young people to unlock their full
potential and embrace their distinctive leadership qualities. At the heart of my mission is a
vision of creating a life-changing and inclusive space through the Tsheto Youth Initiative,
where young minds can thrive. Guided by values of empowerment, inclusivity, and excellence,
I am committed to providing mentorship, educational resources, and innovative programs that
encourage resilience and personal growth. I firmly believe that every young person has the
capacity to be a changemaker, and it is my greatest joy to witness them evolve into confident
