• Identify the correct card according to the Theme, Quarter and Week.
• Read the quote and explore the open question, test your truths, and integrate whatever insights come up.
• Answer all the critical BEING questions that will enable you to have the right frame of mind to create outstanding results in the coming week.
• Confirm the alignment of the leadership conversation with your commitment to deliver high performance while ensuring that the culture of the team is honoured.
• Plan your specific, measurable and achievable goals for the week.
• Golden, non-negotiable rule – In every meeting provide a safe environment for everyone to share their thoughts, feelings, aspirations, and interpretation. Nothing is right or wrong.
