Leadership Anchored in Consciousness is a Big Deal

Queen Ramotsehoa is a Leadership Coach. She is an author of three self-coaching tools: The Self-Coaching Leadership Diary, The Turning The Corner Self-Leadership Journal, and a set of Self-Leadership Cards. She is a firm believer that we live, feel, think, act and speak from a place that is informed by our values, beliefs, aspirations, fears and commitments. To the degree that we take full responsibility for where we live, feel, think, act and speak from, to that degree we are effective and efficient leaders. She has also stumbled across a very obscure link between Leadership and Management. She believes that LEADERSHIP IS A MANAGEMENT TOOL.
